Dr. Sivakanthan performed two cervical surgeries on my son in 3/2025 and I know he saved my son's life. Without Dr. Sivakanthan's interventions, my son would have been paralyzed or dead. Before the surgery, Dr Sivakanthan explained to my husband and I in detail, the surgery procedure and what was to be expected afterwards.
He checked in with us immediately post surgery with updates and outcomes of the procedures. My son was still sedated in the operating room at the time. He kept us informed every step of the way. We even received a phone call a couple weeks later from Dr. Sivakanthan checking up on us to see how things were progressing.
It has been 1 month and thanks to Dr. Sivakanthan, my son is walking and recovering. Mind you initially before the surgery he was unable to walk.
Dr. Sivakanthan is kind, knowledgeable, and very through. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He is an excellent neurosurgeon and my family can not thank him enough for what he has done for us.
